Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Talvero Global. The following shipping rules apply to all orders placed on our store, covering all available shipping countries (mainly Europe and the United States).
1. Shipping Coverage We support shipping to all countries and regions that can be successfully submitted in the store checkout system. Our main service areas are North America and European countries.
2. Order Processing Time All orders will be processed within 1–3 working business days after payment confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays are non-working days and will not process or ship orders.
3. Delivery Time After order shipment, the standard international delivery time is 15–30 business days, depending on destination country, local customs clearance efficiency, and logistics schedule. Remote regions may require a slightly longer delivery period.
4. Customs & Duties International orders may incur local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees, which are borne by the customer in accordance with local national regulations. We do not undertake import tariffs of the destination country.
5. Shipping Exception Delay may occur due to customs inspection, peak logistics seasons, bad weather or force majeure factors. We will actively track the logistics status and assist customers in solving logistics problems, but we will not compensate for delays caused by uncontrollable external factors.
